Major Applications missing from reports - Connect IT Community | Kaseya
<main> <article class="userContent"> <p>Major Applications tab in the Excel Export, Full Detail and Asset Detail is not populated because the data collector did not successfully scan the machines for the installed applications.<br><br> The most common reason for these results is because the data collector was ran on a machine that does not have .net 3.5 installed. <br><br> Some machines have .net 3.5 and 4.x installed separately (see below).
