Download the Appliance Diagnostic Tool from <a rel="nofollow" href="/home/leaving?allowTrusted=1&target=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.rapidfiretools.com%2Fnd">www.rapidfiretools.com/nd</a><br><strong>Note:</strong> You must run it on a machine on the same subnet as the Appliance.<br><br>2. When the tool detects the Appliance double click the appliance icon to bring up a list of available commands.<br><br>3. Select the option to "Toggle Remote Assistance Status". This will give Rapidfire Tools Support access to the device for additional troubleshooting.</p> </article> </main>
