Create Desktop Shortcut

Hi I am looking for a procedure to have a shortcut created in Public Desktop for an exe that is located in C:\FolderName

I have a procedure that has to create desktop shortcuts after the program is installed.  You should be able to save those desktop shortcuts (the .lnk) fiels) to Kaseya and have the procedure write them to C:\users\Public\Desktop after you write your exe.
