    Yes, I can confirm this works just fine. You'll want to use the import tool inside VSA

    @James Go to System > Server Management > Import Center.  Be sure to follow the instructions in the txt file from the zip.

    How do we get the Zip file?  I sent an email via the contact us but didn't hear anything back.

    Procedures and Monitor Sets are not importing with the new update. Incorrect formated xml.

    Procedures work if you use kaseya's XML tool to fix them before importing. I did not have any luck with the monitor sets.

    I used the Kaseya XML Tool on the Monitoring Set XML and it still fails due to incorrectly formatted XML. The tool has worked on 9 other XMLs up to this point.
