Description : SimpleSat makes it easy to capture CSAT feedback directly through Kaseya BMS. Spot problem areas, identify bright spots, and improve your customer experience!

SimpleSat also helps your increase website conversions by providing social proof through positive testimonials. Publish feedback live to your website with one click.

Instructions :

  • Create your free SimpleSat account at https://app.simplesat.io/signup/
  • Create a new Generic Embed survey.
  • Customize your survey, then add Kaseya BMS's placeholders in the Embed Code section. Copy the code.
  • In Kaseya BMS, go to the Email Notifications section.
  • Choose the Agent Solves the Ticket option in the Requester Notifications tab.
  • Paste the survey you copied to the bottom of the message. Click Save and you're done!
