Product Name: Zoom Versions Report

Version: 3.0

Description : With Zoom being widely used by the mass, we need to ensure that our managed endpoints is using the latest version to reduce security risk, this report will give you an insight of the zoom version your managed endpoint is using. Which after that you can offer to initiate a zoom update project with them.
There will be 3 part of the report:
1st Part - Pie Chart to show Zoom Version overall
2nd Part - Breakdown by version count
3rd Part - Breakdown count by Machine Groups

*Previous report only reports zoom version on windows as the filter is "Equal zoom.exe"
Switched that to = "Like zoom" to include MAC that shows zoom instead of zoom.exe

Remodified it to set filter "Application equal" = zoom.exe and zoom.us to show only the zoom application itself for windows and MAC, and not show the plugins and installer versions

Instructions :

Import it via System>Server Management>Import Center

And head to info center to find Zoom Report

Hi Joel, thanks for spotting that!

I managed to take a look closer, and realized the application filter is "equal" zoom.exe, MAC does not have exe so i switched the filter to "Like" Zoom

Now it includes MAC as well in the report!

    Cheers

I get multiple records per user (One has Zoom installed 17 times) is there a way just to get the current version?

Hi Tom, thank you very much for pointing that out, i realized the report is broken because it have set it to include application name like zoom, hence it includes things like the installer files version, that might explains why you have 17 zoom per users, I have modified it to include only zoom.exe and zoom.us (The actual application itself) for both MAC and windows.

I have uploaded a new version of it and pending approval in 1 or 2 days, please give it some time and download the report again once it got approved by automation exchange.

    Cheers
