Product Name: Create System Restore Point

Description : Enable System Protection and take a system restore point
-Tested on Windows 10 and 7-

Instructions :

The script will prompt for a name for system restore point name:

It will then check on the registry key if RPSession value is 1 or 0, 

1= System protection is enabled

0= System protection is disabled

If disabled, it will enable it and take a system restore, if it's enabled it will just take a system restore.
