Description : This procedure checks whether office x32/64 version 2016/2019/o365 installed is properly activated on the system. This procedure uses the procedure ospp.vbs in the Office16 program files directly to assess the current status and the output is read. Once parsed, if the return does not contained "---LICENSED---" a ticket is made in the VSA. If BMS or service desk is enabled a ticket be will be generated into these systems instead. The procedure uses the “ospp.vbs” script that is placed in the office16 directory so no file delivery from the VSA is required to execute this script on a system or special setup to prep it to work.
1) Navigate to Sthe Agent Procedure Module
2) Select the folder you want to import to
3) Click the Import Procedure button
4) Upload the attached file
