I see the yellow note at the top. How do I get these in the mean time? I am in the middle of an engagement and need them desperately.

For anyone having trouble directly importing the XML file. I was able to get around the error and generate the APs and folder structure by simply opening the XML file in an editor and copy/paste the contents into script box, it seems to generate the APs and folder structure fine.

We had to rename <ScriptExport....> and </ScriptExport> to <ScExport...> and </ScExport> in the XML respectively. Found at the header and the last line. Hope this helps someone.

Importing the XML kept failing, even copy and pasting it into the open text field resulted in an error. Changing <ScriptExport> and </ScriptExport> to <ScExport> and </ScExport> allowed me to import the file directly, thank you Eric!

What we really need is a procedure script that uses the Mac version of the Local Collector.
