    We had some issues before with installing it that were tracked to ssl cert chain issues. Can use qualisys to check yours to see if that will resolve the issue.


    Issue I have now is that mine still shows 2.0.1 after updating to 2.0.2 shared here. Any thoughts as to what I can do to correct this?

    No issues with the installation, but when logged in with admin role I get this message when clicking on the Assets and Deployment tabs:

    ACCESS TO THIS TAB IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO SERVICE PROVIDERS

    I can not seem to get mine to update to 2.0.2. I also found out that the auto deployment is not correct from one tech's login to the next. Tech sends me a screen shot of what he has in auto deployment in the VSA which is very different from mine. This is pretty useless for us at this point. I can't have just one person managing deployments from the VSA. How did you intend for this to scale?

    We just installed this (Sophos_Security_Solutions.vsaz uploaded Jan 5, 2022) on Nov 11, 2022, and it STILL says version 2.0.1 inside Kaseya. Is this really the 2.0.2 version and a programmer forgot to update the "version" parameter or is there another download somewhere that should be used instead?

    Has anyone received a response regarding version?

    Does anyone else have an issue with the sophos plugin not seeing any kaseya assets, and therfore the auto deployment doesn't work?
