Looking for an Agent Procedure to block the install of Windows 11 from non domain joined PC's with either a local GP or Registry add

    Script will only work on win 10 1803 and later. The script will use Windows version targeting to lock version to current build. The script will only work until the machine build goes EOL then all bets are off. If the script cannot determin the current build then it will version target to 21H1 which may or may not be what you want. Please modify line 7 as needed. The script doesn't prevent users from manually installing Windows 11.
