Change Chrome language

I created a procedure to update the Chrome language via registry key, for some reason it is not changing it but only adding it to some devices where no specified language key is.
Anyone who can perhaps assist, basically just want to change the en-NZ to en-US
The path: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Google\
