submissions to "Solutions" not showing up

I have submitted several Agent Procedures w/instructions recently and none of them are showing up in "Solutions". After I submitted them, the status was "pending approval".
Is there anyone at Kaseya monitoring this?
If the submissions are rejected, can Kaseya notify the submitter please?

Same - have 1 or 2 that have just been sitting there!

The Automation Exchange team evaluates these by batch, and is working on ta backlog of these this week.
