Windows 10 news and weather taskbar

I am looking for a way to automatically remove this thing from the taskbar it has been shown to use a lot of RAM in the more recent versions of Windows 10.

I made this procedure to both disable the News and Weather widget, and to disable Search Highlights.

If you want to keep Search Highlights, then just remove the second line.
