Revert Software Management settings
Hey folks, I think this might be outside the scope of this forum, but I'm not sure where else to post it. We recently found out that manual updates on our servers have been blocked, apparently by software management. We've removed the only software management policy that we had in place for the server group, cleared out any settings or overrides, reprocessed, refreshed, etc. The option to update or download on the server is still locked out. Does anyone know what these four procedures do and how to reverse them? I reached out to Kaseya support and they haven't figured it out yet.

Search online via Google for registry edits to enable Windows Update and/or How to Repair Windows Update - pretty sure that's what we did awhile back on one of our servers that had that issue.
