Import the Procedure via either the Import Center or through the Import Monitor set option in the Monitoring Module. Once available the Monitor set can be applied via the Assign Monitoring option or through a respective Kaseya Policy

Does not work through Systems>Import Center
Does work through Monitor>Monitor Sets>Import Monitor Sets and/or a copy and paste from the XML file into the field.

I am getting an error -
The Monitor Set was not a valid Kaseya Monitor Set xml format. Error: -2147024893
I looked through the Monitor set, and didn't see anything obviously wrong, compared it to another set, looked OK. Deleted the Counter portion and tried importing, no difference. Tried the same with deleting Services section. Then I exported an EXISTING monitor set, changed the name, and tried importing it back... Same error.
I believe that something is broken with the import, not the monitor set. We should open tickets.

I also receive the same error message. I believe the one that is broken is the xml file itself. Why not try to export it again then re-upload it here.

Open the xml using notepad. copy then paste that into the filed in Monitor>Monitor Sets>Import Monitor Sets, it work for me...0
