Here is the download link from LabTech for the uninstaller. I do not know of any agent procedure that can setup installs as GPO. You may need to do this yourself with the downloaded EXE.

To create your own VSA Agent procedure:
In your VSA, Upload the extracted EXE, not the ZIP. Use the VSA Application Deploy Installer Wizard.
Select the file you uploaded.
What kind of installer = Other
Specify Command Line = /s
Name the procedure.
