Instructions :
So how to install the Office
Suite.
- Import Agent Procedure "XML File"
into Kaseya VSA > Agent Procedure, Right click on Cabin and choice
Import Folder/ Procedure, Select the XML file and press 'Save'. - Import Configuration Files and Setup Exe in
Managed Files. You can put than in folder "Software Deploy with
subfolder Office 365 like I have in the ZIP file with this way you don't
need to change the Agent Procedure. Otherwise edit the procedures and
point the directory to the EXE file and Configuration file.
Note: In Managed File I Have
the folder setup like:
- Shared Files > Software Deploy >
Office 365 > Setup.exe - Shared Files > Software Deploy >
Office 365 > Configuration > (*Configuration Files)
Now the setup is complete you
can schedule or run now the agent procedures.

Downloaded and follow your instructions for this and sadly all we get is the following error:
Script Summary: Failed THEN in step 3 (Line 14)
Tried on multiple devices that do and do not have O365 installed. Also devices on and off domain.
Any assistance would be appreciated. Not certain as to what may be happening.

I also downloaded this - the issue I had was that I had to change all the paths referenced as %programfiles% variable did not work.

@Pieter Jorritsma failed step 3 when it is looking for the #global:psresult# using biz retail complete
