When customer report any of the following issues basic troubleshooting should include the following:</p> <p> </p> <ol type="1"><li value="1">What browser was used? Verify the issue across different browsers.</li> <li>Do you have any security add-ons to the browser? Poorly coded plugins can cause issues with browsers loading pages. </li> <li>Have you tried incognito mode? Run the browser in incognito mode (no plugins) and see if the issue persists.</li> <li>Verify the issue on a different machine.</li> <li>If the issue persists, note all the steps performed and submit a ticket to <a href="https://kaseya.vanillacommunities.com/kb/articles/aliases/rapidfiretools/hc/en-us" rel="noopener nofollow">Rapidfire Tools Support</a>. </li> </ol> </article> </main>
