What to do if you're having issues joining the Connect IT Community

If you receive an error when trying to join the Connect IT Community, there are two likely causes:
- Your email address was is tied to an account from one of our legacy communities that was migrated to form the consolidated Connect IT Community, like Automation Exchange, the legacy Kaseya Support Community, or the legacy Unitrends Support Community. If this is the case, you'll just need to request a new password, and you'll be all set.
- You're trying to register using a generic email address, like gmail, hotmail, etc. Try registering using your work email address.
