How-to login to the Connect IT Community with your K1 credentials

COMMUNITY MANAGER
Customers who have a Kaseya One (K1) account can now use their K1 credentials to login to the Connect IT Community.
- Visit https://www.community.connectit.com/entry/signin.
- Select the “Log in with IT Complete” button:
3.A new window will launch where you will enter your IT Complete credentials, including your:
- The company name you use to login with your IT Complete credentials
- IT Complete password, and the
- IT Complete user name (not your Community account user name)
*Please note that your Connect IT Community account and IT Complete account will need to use the same email address for existing Connect IT Community accounts to sync with your IT Complete login credentials.
4.Enter the Authentication Code generated by your Authenticator application into the verification screen and click the enabled Submit button.
5.If you have an existing Connect IT Community account, skip down to step 7.
6.You will then be taken back to the Connect IT Community where you can complete your Connect IT Community profile, including choosing a username, populating your profile picture, biographical information, job title, and more, and then select “Save”. Please note – if your preferred username already exists on the community, you will need to select an alternative Connect IT Community username. Your Connect IT Username is what will display throughout the Community whenever you post and cannot be changed without contacting the Connect IT Community Team.
7.You can now browse the Connect IT Community, subscribe to subcommunities, post questions and comments, and more.
