<main> <article class="userContent"> <p><strong>QUESTION</strong></p> <p>How can we access the IDA API?</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>RESOLUTION</strong></p> <p>To access the IDA API, you will need to create a ticket with our Support Team and provide them the following information.</p> <p>1. Static IP Address(es) from where the API calls will be made.</p> <p>2. An IDA user username. You will leverage this user's credentials to access the services through the Basic Authentication method.</p> <p>Once Support has confirmed that the API services have been enabled.
