<main> <article class="userContent"> <h3 data-id="question">Question</h3> <p>Why is my user showing 2FA Disabled?</p> <h3 data-id="resolution">Resolution</h3> <p>The users that show as Status: <strong>2FA disabled</strong> are normally using Authy<br><br>Darkweb ID supports 3 different login mechanisms using 2FA.<br><strong>Authy</strong> - traditional app-enabled 2FA.<br><strong>TOTP</strong> - this uses third party Apps like Microsoft / Google etc.<br><strong>Passly</strong> - this is an integration that uses Passly specifically to enforce 2FA on the login.<br><br>So if your users are using Authy they will always show as having 2FA disabled, this will also be the case for using Passly should you ever enable that. <br><br>Only TOTP token users will show as have Status: <strong>2FA Enabled</strong></p> <p><strong>Note</strong>: Check out the TOTP guide in the Partner Empowerment training for more information on using TOTP.</p> <p> </p> </article> </main>
