Can IT Glue staff access my data? - Connect IT Community | Kaseya
<main> <article class="userContent"> <p>We treat your information with the utmost confidentiality.</p> <p>When you need assistance and support, we might ask that you share your screen via live session, leaving you to present and show us only the minimum of information.</p> <p>When the only option for support is for us to access your data, a limited number of our senior team have the ability to impersonate your account. In this case, we make a very specific request for your permission via a support ticket.
