2021-03-11 - Announcing Document Expiry in IT Glue - Connect IT Community | Kaseya

An important part of documenting data in IT Glue is to ensure that it is always up-to-date and accurate. We are pleased to announce our new Document Expiry feature, allowing you to better manage documentation that requires follow-ups and updates after its initial creation.

How does it work?

You can now add an expiration date to all new and existing documentation in IT Glue. Simply use the calendar picker in your document editor tool to select or change a date. Once you start adding these dates across your documents, you have the option of establishing a Document Expiration Workflow. Using both the Expiration Date field in the document editor and the workflow means you can be notified when documents need to be revisited or audited.

Getting Started

For more information about how to use this field and set up the workflow, refer to our Document Expiration KB article.
