How to enable permissions to allow KRC on an Endpoint - Connect IT Community | Kaseya
<main> <article class="userContent"> <p><strong>QUESTION</strong></p> <p>When attempting to connect to a user through Kaseya Remote Control from the VSA, Is there a setting that can be changed/applied in the VSA to notify the end-user about the KRC and to proceed according to their choice? </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>RESOLUTION</strong></p> <p>Yes, indeed this is a configurable setting within the VSA.
