KDCB Cloud Backup InternalServerError - Connect IT Community | Kaseya
<main> <article class="userContent"> <h3 data-id="problem">Problem </h3> <p>Once you upload the (KDCB) Cloud Backup VSAZ file into the VSA and go through the setup wizard the following error is encountered: InternalServerError.</p> <p><img src="https://us.v-cdn.net/6032361/uploads/migrated/80A236J2PGVS/selection-999-161.jpg" alt="Selection_999_161_.jpg" class="embedImage-img importedEmbed-img"></img></p> <h3 data-id="cause">Cause</h3> <p>This means that your account has not been provisioned yet and/or the cloud target not deployed. </p> <h3 data-id="resolution-or-workaround">Resolution or Workaround</h3> <div>You can either wait until the onboarding email is sent from our system, typically 3-4 business days, which means the account and target are all set. Or, you can reach out to your Account Manager and/or <a rel="nofollow" href="https://kaseya.vanillacommunities.com/kb/articles/aliases/kaseya/hc/en-gb">Support Team</a> to get a status update or expedite. </div> </article> </main>
