<main> <article class="userContent"> <p><strong>QUESTION</strong></p> <p>How do I register for a helpdesk account?</p> <p><strong>RESOLUTION</strong></p> <div>When you register for a helpdesk account, you will get the following features:</div> <ul><li>Ability to review previous and current tickets that you have submitted across all Kaseya business units</li> <li>Submit feature requests</li> </ul><p>In order to register for an account, please submit a new ticket by selecting the <strong>Open Ticket </strong>button on the top-right of this page.</p> <ol><li>Select <strong>Kaseya Support</strong> from the form drop-down list.</li> <li>Enter your <strong>Email Address</strong>, this will be your username and should be a business email address.</li> <li>Enter the <strong>Subject</strong> as <strong>Register for a helpdesk account</strong>.</li> <li>In <strong>Kaseya</strong> <strong>Product</strong>, select <strong>Helpdesk Requests</strong>.</li> <li>Fill in the description with any message of your choice.</li> </ol><p>From here, our team will process your request within the next 1 business day.</p> <div></div> <div> </div> </article> </main>
