BMS : Invoice doesn't show QTY of Hours when billing for retainer contracts. - Connect IT Community | Kaseya
<main> <article class="userContent"> <p><strong>Question:</strong> </p> <p>When billing a ticket using a <strong>retainer contract</strong> the number of hours is seen as zero in the Invoice.</p> <p><img src="https://us.v-cdn.net/6032361/uploads/migrated/P8JDKII1RA8G/mceclip0.png" alt="mceclip0.png" class="embedImage-img importedEmbed-img"></img></p> <p><strong>Answer :</strong></p> <p>When you are posting an hour that is related to <strong>Retainer</strong> the system always puts the QTY = 0 because when you try to post this to QuickBooks or any integrated accounting system we can not control the total price as it is a calculated field.
