BMS RMM Integration Settings shows a forbidden error. - Connect IT Community | Kaseya

Status : Forbidden - Message</strong> in BMS?</p> <p> </p> <p><img src="https://us.v-cdn.net/6032361/uploads/migrated/8HZZU5SPCDX2/mceclip0.png" alt="image" class="embedImage-img importedEmbed-img"></img></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Answer : </strong></p> <p>This error indicates that <strong>Integrator Username </strong>setup in RMM Integration settings of BMS does not have the complete access to perform sync and gather data from VSA.</p> <p>The test connection will say successful, but an import will fail. </p> <p>The account setup in BMS to access the VSA must have complete access to all the orgs of vsa in order for the import to work successfully.
