Please try again".</em> </p> <p><img src="/attachments/token/ILzEcaML8G83KoyRyFCpdDKYn/?name=Capture.PNG" alt="image" class="embedImage-img importedEmbed-img"></img></p> <p><strong>Resolution: </strong></p> <ul><li>In IT Glue, under Kaseya Server Hostname, check if the URL has<strong> </strong>"<em>-cdn</em>".<strong> </strong>Clear the "<em>.cdn</em>" part.
