Failed to set the Kaseya settings for the Microsoft Internet Information Services in OnEnd() - Connect IT Community | Kaseya
<main> <article class="userContent"> <h2 data-id="problem"><strong>PROBLEM:</strong></h2> <p> Kaseya upgrade/update fails with the below error</p> <p><strong>Error: Failed to set the Kaseya settings for the Microsoft Internet Information Services in OnEnd()</strong></p> <p> </p> <p><strong><img src="/attachments/token/GImPE893sqO5B3PpYOc7WacNN/?name=inline383103522.png" width="747" height="215" alt="image" class="embedImage-img importedEmbed-img"></img></strong></p> <p> </p> <h2 data-id="cause"><strong>CAUSE:</strong></h2> <p>Most likely it is because the IIS on the server is corrupted or is not functioning properly.</p> <p> </p> <h2 data-id="resolution"><strong>RESOLUTION:</strong></h2> <p>Follow the below steps to resolve the error:</p> <p>1) Try and see if any of the solutions suggested in the below Microsoft support article helps</p> <p><a rel="nofollow" href="/home/leaving?allowTrusted=1&target=https%3A%2F%2Fsupport.microsoft.com%2Fen-us%2Fhelp%2F942055%2Fhttp-error-500-19-error-when-you-open-an-iis-7-0-webpage">https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/942055/http-error-500-19-error-when-you-open-an-iis-7-0-webpage</a></p> <p>2) Run the kinstall.exe to see if there are any exceptions like the below one.
