<main> <article class="userContent"> <h2 data-id="question"><strong>Question</strong></h2> <p>How do I archive agent procedures logs and access the same archived logs?</p> <h2 data-id="answer"><strong>Answer </strong></h2> <p>If archiving of logs has been enabled and archiving has been working on the server then you can check the archived logs folder to check the old log history ($:\Kaseya\UserProfiles\[folder_name]). If not, please follow these steps:</p> <ul><li>Configuring Agent Procedure Logs to archive under <strong>Agent>Log History </strong>to the length of time you want logs to be kept.</li> </ul><p><img src="/attachments/token/12yfmmijkJFWVdww9Z41gmvPU/?name=2016-04-28+19_26_15-Evaluation+Edition.png" width="511" height="234" alt="image" class="embedImage-img importedEmbed-img"></img></p> <ul><li>Confirm the right path to archive the files is set in: <strong>System > Configure > Log file archive path</strong> </li> </ul><p><img src="/attachments/token/YyiAtbrwMRKY4kmEarIDPxB4A/?name=inline1342191479.png" width="581" height="79" alt="image" class="embedImage-img importedEmbed-img"></img></p> <ul><li>If the old agent procedure logs have been archived then you will have to check the archive folder and find the logs from that date. <ul><li>Navigate to your $:\Kaseya\UserProfiles\[folder_name] page and look for the archive folder with the date which you desire.</li> </ul></li> </ul> </article> </main>
