<main> <article class="userContent"> <p><strong>Question</strong></p> <p>When we are trying to import the contacts from BMS to ITGlue if the Phone Number field has N/A, it will not sync the contact.</p> <p> </p> <p><img src="https://us.v-cdn.net/6032361/uploads/migrated/BSEE5W80L4NR/mceclip0.png" width="733" height="283" alt="image" class="embedImage-img importedEmbed-img"></img> </p> <p><strong>Answer</strong></p> <p>When you are trying to sync contacts from ITGlue to BMS, the phone number field is a required field so it is needed for the contact to be synced.</p> <p>If there is no number available for the contact you can update it as 111-111-1111, this will allow you to sync the contact with ITGlue.</p> <p> </p> </article> </main>
