ConnectWise Import to BMS does not Bring over Contact Data. - Connect IT Community | Kaseya
<main> <article class="userContent"> <p><strong>Problem: </strong>When attempting to import data from ConnectWise via <strong>Admin > Imports & Exports > Import Data</strong> only company data gets imported.</p> <p><strong>Resolution: </strong>This import tool was meant to be used as a quick tool. At this time, this import does not handle mappings. Engineering has an advanced tool for importing Accounts and Contacts from the backend.</p> <p>If you would like to get this imported from the backend, share the following details:</p> <ol><li>Create a <a href="https://kaseya.vanillacommunities.com/kb/articles/aliases/kaseya/hc/en-gb/requests/new" rel="noopener nofollow">support ticket</a> and reference this KB article.</li> <li>Share the Private Key, Public Key, the URL, ConnectWise credentials and the Company of your ConnectWise account.</li> <li>Share BMS company name and URL. </li> </ol><p> </p> </article> </main>
