Unable to Populate Drop-Down Fields in Products of Inventory in BMS. - Connect IT Community | Kaseya
<main> <article class="userContent"> <p><strong>Problem: </strong>Under "Inventory > Products > Manage Products", it will not let me populate fields like Brand or Manufacturer:</p> <p><img src="https://us.v-cdn.net/6032361/uploads/migrated/UDPMVUL6V6L3/mceclip0.png" alt="image" class="embedImage-img importedEmbed-img"></img></p> <p><img src="https://us.v-cdn.net/6032361/uploads/migrated/7O6K4V4MW25B/mceclip1.png" alt="image" class="embedImage-img importedEmbed-img"></img></p> <p><strong>Resolution: </strong>If the Items are not pre-defined in Company Lists then they will not show up in the "Manage Products" drop-down.
