<main> <article class="userContent"> <p><strong>Question: </strong>Why is that the "Contract" field in the ticket is blank?</p> <p><img src="https://us.v-cdn.net/6032361/uploads/migrated/9DL99THDQFS4/mceclip0.png" alt="image" class="embedImage-img importedEmbed-img"></img></p> <p><strong>Note: </strong>When we try to edit the contract the list of contracts will not be shown and it will be blank. </p> <p><img src="https://us.v-cdn.net/6032361/uploads/migrated/C0ONOOWU201S/mceclip1.png" alt="image" class="embedImage-img importedEmbed-img"></img></p> <p><strong>Resolution: </strong>You will not be able to add the contracts to the tickets if the ticket Open Date is set to be <strong>before</strong> the contract start date. In this case, simply verify the ticket Open Date and make sure it is always set to be before the contract's open date.</p> </article> </main>
