Cannot find posted Labor/Time entry in Billing. - Connect IT Community | Kaseya
<main> <article class="userContent"> <p><strong>Question: </strong>Posted time entries are not available for Billing when attempting to post an invoice. How can I fix this?</p> <p><strong>Resolution: </strong>In the case of retainers, the Value of the hours is Zero. If the hours posted are <strong>Zero Value </strong>hours you will have to choose the flag<strong> “Bill Zero Value Items” </strong>on the<strong> Billing </strong>page as <strong>“Yes”.</strong></p> <p>The Billing entry must match the search filter parameters.</p> <p><strong><img src="https://us.v-cdn.net/6032361/uploads/migrated/0N3NJPX0KGCW/billing.jpg" alt="billing.jpg" class="embedImage-img importedEmbed-img"></img></strong></p> <p>The visibility of the<strong> <strong>Zero Value hours</strong></strong> is controlled by default setting defined under <strong>Admin > My Company > Company Settings > Invoice> </strong><strong>Bill Zero Value Items</strong><em>.<strong> </strong></em>If this is specified as "Yes", then Zero value items will be then seen on the Billing screen:</p> <p> <img src="https://us.v-cdn.net/6032361/uploads/migrated/9RMBL02S01S1/bill-zero.jpg" alt="bill_zero.jpg" class="embedImage-img importedEmbed-img"></img></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Applies to: </strong>BMS</p> </article> </main>
