Error 500 When Creating a New RMM Integration in BMS. - Connect IT Community | Kaseya
<main> <article class="userContent"> <p><strong>Issue: </strong>When creating a new RMM integration in BMS via <strong>Admin > Service Desk > RMM Integration Settings</strong>, it fails to save and returns an error code 500:</p> <p><img src="https://us.v-cdn.net/6032361/uploads/migrated/ECJ1ZBZET2AD/eror-500.png" alt="eror_500.png" class="embedImage-img importedEmbed-img"></img></p> <p><strong>Cause: </strong>The <strong>Integrator Password</strong> used in creating this integration contains <strong>"<" </strong>or <strong>">"</strong> tags. Example: Ka<S3y.a</p> <p><strong>Fix: </strong>Since<strong> </strong>BMS considers this a bad HTML tag causing the integration to fail, simply remove these tags from your <strong>Integrator Password</strong> and retry the setup.
