RMM Integration in BMS error - Failed to Authenticate - Connect IT Community | Kaseya
<main> <article class="userContent"> <p><strong>Issue :</strong> </p> <p>When trying to Integrate VSA with BMS we get the error:</p> <p>Failed to Authenticate with Kaseya: Web Service is not enabled for this tenant.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Solution :</strong></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>For OnPrem :</strong></p> <p>Please make sure the Web Service is Enabled as seen in the screenshot attached.</p> <p>Go to System -> Configure -> Enable VSA API Web Service.</p> <p> </p> <p><img src="https://us.v-cdn.net/6032361/uploads/migrated/SL1U9AVG6RDX/mceclip0.png" alt="image" class="embedImage-img importedEmbed-img"></img></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>For SaaS customers:</strong></p> <p>Raise a support ticket so that it can be enabled by the support team for you.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> </article> </main>
