Cannot see some Options in the VSA Toolbox. - Connect IT Community | Kaseya
<main> <article class="userContent"> <p><strong>Problem:</strong> I have some users that don't have the Master role assigned to them and with their current role they cannot see these options: </p> <p><img src="https://us.v-cdn.net/6032361/uploads/migrated/VV50A9QYZUL1/vsa.png" alt="VSA.png" width="307" height="133" class="embedImage-img importedEmbed-img"></img></p> <p><strong>Cause:</strong> The necessary access rights are probably not enabled for the User Role in question.</p> <p><strong>Resolution: </strong>Make sure the following access rights are enabled for the non-master role.
