<main> <article class="userContent"> <p>The Mailbox Permissions page allows administrators to grant individuals and/or groups different types of permissions to a specific mailbox or mailboxes. The shared mailbox therefore appears automatically in the user’s Outlook mailbox. The Mailbox Details Dashboard page appears.</li> <li>In the horizontal menu on the left side of the page, click <strong>Edit Mailbox Permissions</strong> (Fig.1). The Mailbox Permissions page appears (Fig.1).</li> </ol><p><a name="Add%20Mailboxes"></a><em><strong>Add Mailboxes</strong></em></p> <ol><li>In the Grant Permissions on these mailboxes section, click <strong>Add Users</strong> (Fig.1). You can select multiple mailboxes, if needed, by clicking multiple email addresses. The email address now appears highlighted. Alternatively, you can also search for the mailbox by entering the email address in the Enter search terms here text box or navigate through the list by clicking the page numbers at the bottom of the Available Users table (Fig.2).</li> <li>Click <strong>Add User to List</strong>. Then click <strong>Close</strong> to return to the Mailbox Permissions page (Fig.2). In the Available Users dialog box that appears, click the email address of the mailbox from which you want to remove permissions (Fig.2). (Select multiple mailboxes, if needed, by clicking multiple email addresses.) The email address now appears highlighted.
