KAM's Detection Page Does Not Display Any Detections - Connect IT Community | Kaseya
<main> <article class="userContent"> <p><strong>Problem:</strong></p> <p>The Anti-Malware>Detections page does not display any detections:</p> <p><img src="/attachments/token/tRXckz3elibl9n4impbneazyo/?name=8-18-2015+12-21-56+PM.png" alt="8-18-2015 12-21-56 PM.png" width="826" height="412" class="embedImage-img importedEmbed-img"></img></p> <p><strong>Resolution:</strong></p> <p>This can occur from two possible cause:</p> <ol><li>There is a detections and/or machine filter that is causing the page to render 0 results.</li> <li>The database table that holds the detection information has grown too large and is no longer rendering properly.</li> </ol><p>The first cause is easily resolved by clearing the detections and/or machine filters:</p> <p><img src="/attachments/token/gOY2qukgrRiS0O2RNcv6gUpiT/?name=8-18-2015+12-25-34+PM.png" alt="8-18-2015 12-25-34 PM.png" class="embedImage-img importedEmbed-img"></img></p> <p><img src="/attachments/token/5weNGqlTUFaxmdESzhXEiB7SW/?name=8-18-2015+12-58-37+PM.png" alt="8-18-2015_12-58-37_PM.png" width="787" height="43" class="embedImage-img importedEmbed-img"></img></p> <p> </p> <p>The second cause is a known defect that is currently being reviewed by the engineering team and is expected to be fixed in a future release. In the meantime, please contact Kaseya Support for assistance in resolving the issue.</p> </article> </main>
