Outbound Emails in a "Queued" status (On-Premise Customers only). - Connect IT Community | Kaseya
<main> <article class="userContent"> <p><strong>Problem: </strong>Via<strong> System > Outbound Emails > Log tab</strong>, all emails (or new emails) are in a "Queued" status - forcing them to go out does nothing.</p> <p><strong>Cause: </strong>This could be due to some Kaseya services needing to be recycled, even though they show as "Started". </p> <p><strong>Resolution: </strong>Restart the following services on the Kaseya Server, and allow some time for the KServer to catch up and start sending emails out:</p> <ul><li>Kaseya Event Service</li> <li>Kaseya Plugin Host</li> <li>Kaseya Sync Service</li> </ul><p> </p> <p><strong>Applies to:</strong> VSA 8.0-9.5.</p> <p> </p> </article> </main>
