<main> <article class="userContent"> <p><strong>Question:</strong></p> <p>What events on the Kaseya Server can I monitor?</p> <p><strong>Answer:</strong></p> <p>In the Monitor > Agent Monitoring > Alerts page, you can select System in the drop down menu to find the alerts for the Kaseya VSA.</p> <p>You can monitor the following:</p> <p>Admin account disabled: alerts when an account is manually disabled by a Master user or is disabled after the logon failures exceed the threshold.</p> <p>KServer has stopped: alerts when the Kaseya Server service stops.</p> <p>Database backup failed: alerts when a Kaseya database backup fails.</p> <p>Email reader failed (Ticketing module only): alerts when the email reader in the Ticketing module fails.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><img src="/attachments/token/PKBKnOXOd6mqhmILVPoMLisMg/?name=Evaluation+Edition_20150327_14-18-50.jpg" alt="Evaluation_Edition_20150327_14-18-50.jpg" width="712" height="451" class="embedImage-img importedEmbed-img"></img></p> <p> </p> <p>Applies to:</p> <p>Kaseya On-Premise v6.3 and above</p> </article> </main>
