MDM - Tracking location is not pulling any data - Connect IT Community | Kaseya
<main> <article class="userContent"> <p><strong>Problem</strong></p> <p>On KMDM, when I go to either "Locate Multiple Devices" or "Track a Single Device" and I click on "Start Tracking" I don't see any data populate on the screen, I just get a blue screen</p> <p> </p> <p><img src="/attachments/token/B8zP42ZgovVY3YiIiyRkE9qOK/?name=single+location.jpg" alt="single_location.jpg" width="681" height="391" class="embedImage-img importedEmbed-img"></img></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Resolution</strong></p> <p>You need to make sure that "Device Tracking" is enabled on the agent.
