Discovery: Issue harvesting AD - Connect IT Community | Kaseya
<main> <article class="userContent"> <h3 data-id="problem"><strong>Problem</strong></h3> <p>Even the probe is installed and schedule is configure, discovery doesn't seem to be harvesting properly</p> <h3 data-id="solution"><strong>Solution</strong></h3> <p>1. Verify you have The Directory Services Feature Set (<a rel="nofollow" href="/home/leaving?allowTrusted=1&target=http%3A%2F%2Fhelp.kaseya.com%2FWebHelp%2FEN%2FKDIS%2F1000000%2Findex.asp%2311058.htm">http://help.kaseya.com/WebHelp/EN/KDIS/1000000/index.asp#11058.htm</a>)</p> <p>2. If you don't have Discovery Services, verify the probe is installed in the Directory Server and not in a Directory member. This is required by Discovery-Domains when it is run without the feature pack. </p> <p>2a.
