<main> <article class="userContent"> <p><strong>Problem:</strong></p> <p>I changed my email but the old email is still displayed after I did a re-sync. How do I change it to the new email ?</p> <p> </p> <p><img src="/attachments/token/xpWbBHY3OiuBdQDExdbipLOA5/?name=rs1.jpg" alt="rs1.jpg" class="embedImage-img importedEmbed-img"></img></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Resolution:</strong></p> <p>We have a workaround that will change the email address after a re-sync</p> <p>1. Log-in to your AD instance and search for the user</p> <p>2. Delete the user</p> <p>3. Re-Sync with your AD on Mobility</p> <p>4. Create a new user and apply the proper settings</p> <p>5. Once the new user has been created, search for the user again and right-click "Properties"</p> <p>6.
