Why can't I edit any of the Agent Procedures within the "System" Cabinet? - Connect IT Community | Kaseya
<main> <article class="userContent"> <p><strong>PROBLEM</strong></p> <p>I cannot seem to edit any of the Agent Procedures within the "System" Cabinet. How can I edit these Agent Procedures?</p> <p><strong>SOLUTION</strong></p> <p>Agent Procedures within the "System" Cabinet are not editable.</p> <p>However, customers can make a copy of the Agent Procedures by simply selecting a procedure within the "System" Cabinet, holding the CTRL key, and dragging the procedure over to a new folder within the "Private" Cabinet.
