Agent Offline and other alerts are not generated - Connect IT Community | Kaseya
<main> <article class="userContent"> <p>PROBLEM<br>You find that various alerts including "Agent Offline" alerts are not generated<br><br><strong>CAUSE</strong><br>This is often caused by a background job called "Email Notify" hitting an error and failing to complete<br><br><strong>WORKAROUND / SOLUTION</strong><br>1. log in to the kaseya server desktop (windows)</p> <p>2. load a browser and enter <a href="/home/leaving?allowTrusted=1&target=http%3A%2F%2Flocalhost%2Flocalauth%2Femailnotify.asp%3Fpwe%3DfireEmailNotify">http://localhost/localauth/emailnotify.asp?pwe=fireEmailNotify</a> (NB. this IS case sensitive)</p> <p>If all is well, you will get a blank page. If there are any problems, you will see the error displayed.</p> <p>Fixing the issue depends on the reason for the error, so please raise a support ticket via <a href="/home/leaving?allowTrusted=1&target=http%3A%2F%2Fhelpdesk.kaseya.com">http://helpdesk.kaseya.com</a> and let us know that you have read this article.
